St Edyth’s Parish Centre is a fantastic space with a several rooms available for hire to suit all your needs. Whether for your children’s birthday party, a meeting place for your business or group, or somewhere to run a dance or exercise class, we have the perfect room for you.  

We believe our purpose for having this Parish Centre is to strengthen the contribution of St Edyth’s to God’s work in Sea Mills, Coombe Dingle and beyond, including improving contacts with and practical service to the community, leading to opportunities for spiritual outreach.

The Parish Centre has been designed for full use by the community and has the following facilities:

 > Catering facilities with fully equipped kitchen

 > Ramp for disabled access to the ground floor

 > Toilets on the ground floor, with disabled toilet & baby changing facilities

 > Excellent Wi-Fi

 > On-site car parking with allocated disabled spaces

 > Enclosed garden (for use when hiring the main hall)

 > A variety of room sizes to suit all your needs**

 > Tables and chairs for adults and children, plus high chairs

**Please note that all our upper rooms are ONLY accessible via stairs – there is no disabled access to them.

All booking prices include the use of tables and chairs.

If you would like to book a room, please contact the church office in the first instance to check which dates and times are available. You will then be sent a booking form to complete.

All bookings are subject to the approval of the church and we reserve the right to refuse any booking request considered unsuitable, such as activities or groups that come into conflict with our Christian ethos and values.
This includes Yoga, Tai Chi classes and Halloween themed events.

All consumables must be provided by the person hiring the kitchen, this includes all food and drink, napkins, table cloths and any special cleaning equipment or materials you require. 

Hire price is split into light or heavy use:
Light – this is for light refreshments and includes use of the hot water urn, tea pots, mugs, cups & saucers, glassware, side plates, cutlery, washing up-facilities/dishwasher. 
£10.00 for first three hours then £3.50 per hour after that,
or £35 for use the whole day (12+ hours)

Heavy – this includes use of everything detailed above, plus the filter coffee flasks (own coffee must be provided), hobs, ovens, microwave, all dinner plates, trays, pans, etc. 
£18.00 for first three hours then £6.00 per hour after that,
or £55.00 for use the whole day (12+ hours)
